Change Starts with Me

      

      Change is the only thing permanent in this world. It is the only thing that is continuous in an individual’s life. They have the ability to develop, to enhance, and to change. Although as that would be the case, a lot of people still don't contribute to this change, they enjoy doing nothing rather than hard work. We have many problems and challenges that we conquer in our daily lives But how can we change the world in our own betterment as an individual? You cannot change the world by just saying it, it must start within you and do the small things that you think that would help to spread to one another the information and good doings that you did towards others. 

     Before you change someone, you must do the change within first yourself. You must show to everyone that you can be an example of change and influence them to follow and support the advocacies and plan in order to have a better place to live. In this simple doings that you are implemented towards others you can make a change. And maybe people might get inspired to change themselves for the better and not long the world will change for the better too.  And the very best you can do just what I said is to spread change is to show it to everyone, convey them that you have changed, manifest them that if can change yourself they can change too. 

   

 Change starts with every individual right? In conclusion, changing the world or just the people always starts with ourselves because people have worries on what they don't understand and they don't know what  is the true essence of change, that's why you have to do the change first and let them understand what is change really is. That is why “change starts with me”. A common phrase heard everywhere and if it’s taken out of context, people know the meaning but they don’t understand the significant message of the quote. We must exert effort and significance into the said change and be united, have the perfect cooperation to one another to perform this change.

New Year, New Me?

             When the new year comes around it seems like the perfect time for self-improvement. Even though I’ve always failed my New Year’s resolutions, every year I promise that this time will be different or make some adjustments  for my own betterment. I’ve tried everything from being a responsible student to starting my homework earlier to giving up social media. It is a fact that everything change, the only permanent process in this world is change. Life would always an end to exist, but in turn a new life is born. Change made us to overthink off, and is sometimes frightening for most individual.

        

  People lean to get frightened because of changes, probably because they've been enjoying their lives so far and want it to pursue or continue being stable. However, there are also people who are waiting for change to come, possibly because they've faced difficulties or challenges consistently in their daily routine as an individual. Change is subjective, we all know that people commit change for their own betterment not for the worse, the only defining trait of a person is how he express him/herself. Change is unpredictable, change is unavoidable and change is not inescapable, but change is not bad if people change for the good. Change is unpreventable and unpredictable we cannot determine what will happen now, tomorrow or in our future. So, we must spend our time critically and wisely as the change comes along in our way. It’s a new year, so why not begin with a new me if I can right?  Maybe it’s my time and chance to finally reach the good circumstances in my life that I’ve been longing for, a chance to forgive or ask for forgiveness to those sins the I committed to others and to start creating or rebuilding myself to be the better version of myself that i can be. I will continue or pursue my goals in life and if i feel that I’m still away from that goals I will strive for it the best i can in order to reach the star that i been longing for.

     

      Several people may undergo many struggles in life that they needed to have change in order to have an accurate and good result that they want to be. I want to develop myself and be better version of me and strive to look for the goodness in me. We aren't contented towards ourselves, so that we perform some changes to call the attention to those people we want to interact with. We don’t need to change for other people, but we commit changes for our own betterment.

The Third Quarter in I.C.T

        The third quarter of I.C.T wasn't abnormally hard, but it wasn't easy either, it was somewhere in between. The third quarter wasn't that much different from the second quarter, since we were still learning under HTML files and commands. The only thing that didn't make it simple, was the fact that we had to make an HTML file that contained a web design, which was difficult, but since we've covered the basics, it wasn't that much of a torture. Overall, the third quarter was really docile, but we had to multitask sometimes cause we still had to post blogs, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Essence of christmas

       We are in that special season once again, a season of joy, of peace, of great tidings. A season when we celebrate the birth of Christ the King, the redeemer of mankind! Jesus is the reason for the season.

          

           Christmas is not all about merry making. We must also spare time to reflect on the essence of the period which is the love of God for humanity. “For God so loved the world that he gave us his only begotten son, that whosoever believe in him will not perish but have eternal life. We are encouraged and inspire to share love with others, to embrace peace and be our brother’s keeper. When we are inspired with this love of God, we will be always willing to give a helping hand to those in need, to give support and comfort to the vulnerable ones among the others. That is, we must remind ourselves that we are strangers here on earth; that our real home is in heaven. And that no matter how long we live, we shall sure die one day. Christmas is love. So, Spread the love to one another and Christmas also is the season of forgiving

         

            Our lord Jesus Christ, who taught us all what real, genuine & unconditional love is. As we celebrate the birth of our saviour, let’s be human & kind enough to remember & show some love to those motherless babies, helpless orphans, hospital patients, prisoners, beggars & all those who are not fortunate enough to be actively involved in the celebration of the birth of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ. This season let us never forget the love we have for Jesus Christ. Jesus guides us every day in our daily routine. I hope that the spirit of Christmas will always in our soul and in our hearts spread love and enjoy the celebration. Merry Christmas!

Equal rights Equal Oppurtunities

        Equal rights is an amendment to the world that gives equal rights to women and men. Equal rights amendment is a guarantee that sex discrimination is illegal. Equal opportunity defined and refers to the policy of giving everyone the same opportunities to work, and to live to this world

      People usually have disadvantages depending on their gender, race or beliefs. The world needs to change and it is bit by bit and day by day but it needs to be hasten its advances in order to have a better result.
    It is a way that people should be treated right humanity is specially included in here all people should be legally treated as humans like they should be treated whether you are physically or mentally disabled or not whether you are black or white. Whether you are boy or girl or you belong to the LGBTQ community all people should be treated right we should be all equal

     Here in the Philippines equal rights is being ignored because most of us are very l, when you live here if you are poor you are small if you have the money people will bow on you because they are considering you as a big person due to poverty poor people is being forced to do bad things and that is huge oppurtunity to the rich people to use them and it is very sad that most of us is treating other people as their toys even if we should be treated right like other people. Discriminating people can cause anxiety that can commit you to suicide. We must respect the rights of everyone. Be careful to your words you say towards other people and actions that can hurt the feeling of a person. We don't need to be picky in hiring our employee's, even thou they are disabled or they are member of LGBTQ as long as they have the potential, ability and skill to do their duty and responsible on their choosen professions. Give them opportunity and chance to do work and to live the life that they deserve.

     We must do a research and explain to them that they are not suitable, be nice to them and treat them right. If we don't respect the rights of one another we cannot achieve the better future.
